Yes — Bidwell Health visits are qualified medical expenses under IRS Publication 502 and are eligible for HSA, FSA, and HRA reimbursement. Pay with your HSA/FSA debit card at checkout, or submit the emailed receipt for reimbursement through your plan administrator. The receipt includes the CPT-equivalent service description, date, and provider name — what most plans require.

Refund policy

If your clinician determines online telehealth isn't appropriate for your case — a red-flag symptom, pregnancy, recurrent infection outside our protocol, contraindicated medication, or any reason treatment shouldn't be delivered remotely — the visit fee is refunded in full, automatically. You don't pay for care we decline to deliver. Refunds post back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How much does a Bidwell Health visit cost?

A Bidwell Health online visit is $45. The fee covers licensed clinician review and the prescription decision. Medication cost is paid separately at your pharmacy if treatment is prescribed.

Is Bidwell Health a subscription?

No required subscription is needed for a standard visit. Each visit is paid one time at checkout. If Bidwell Health offers subscription options in the future, they will be separate from one-time visit pricing.

Does Bidwell Health require insurance or a video visit?

No. Bidwell Health does not bill insurance and does not require scheduled video visits for supported conditions. Patients complete an online intake that is reviewed by a licensed clinician credentialed in the patient's state.

Does Bidwell Health accept insurance?

No. Bidwell Health does not bill insurance for the online visit. Medication is paid separately at the pharmacy, where patients may use pharmacy insurance, GoodRx, or another discount card if accepted.

What if my clinician does not approve my visit?

If a clinician determines that online treatment is not clinically appropriate — for example, due to a red flag in your intake — your visit fee is refunded. Your clinician may recommend urgent care, primary care, lab testing, specialist care, or another safer next step. Read the refund answer.

How much will my medication cost at the pharmacy?

Medication cost varies by medication, pharmacy, quantity, insurance, and discount-card pricing. The pharmacy sets the final medication price. You can ask the pharmacy whether pharmacy insurance, GoodRx, SingleCare, or another discount card is accepted.
