We do not use ghostwritten content from freelance writers without clinical credentials. We do not publish AI-generated articles without human clinician authorship and review.

Every clinical article is reviewed at least once every 12 months, or sooner if guidelines change materially. The clinical-review date identifies when the named clinician reviewed the content. A review may confirm that no changes are needed. It is separate from the date of the latest meaningful content update.
On pages using our current date format, Last updated records a meaningful change to the page’s content or sources. Clinically reviewed by identifies the reviewing clinician and the review date. Price comparisons also identify when selected prices and sources were checked; individual historical examples retain their own dates and qualifications. A price check or technical edit does not imply a new clinical review. When we publish a substantive review, price check or content correction, the page’s search metadata and sitemap reflect that publication date. Merely rebuilding the website does not refresh these dates.
We preserve original publication history. Formatting changes and routine deployments do not reset editorial dates. We are reconciling older page formats with these separate records so that visible dates, structured data and sitemap entries describe the same underlying events.
