What the cash-pay visit covers
The visit covers clinician review of your ED intake and a treatment decision. If treatment fits, medication such as sildenafil or tadalafil may be sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy. Bidwell Health does not bundle medication into a required subscription or ship medication from its own pharmacy.
No insurance billing
Bidwell Health does not bill insurance or submit claims. You pay for the online visit directly, then pay the pharmacy separately for any medication. Pharmacy pricing varies by medication, pharmacy, quantity, insurance, and discount-card pricing.
When online care may not fit
Online ED treatment may not be appropriate with nitrate use, certain heart conditions, chest pain, recent heart attack or stroke, uncontrolled blood pressure, serious medication interactions, severe liver or kidney disease, or symptoms requiring in-person evaluation.
