Bidwell Health online visits cost $45. Medication cost is separate and paid at the pharmacy if treatment is prescribed.

What the $45 visit covers
The visit fee covers the online intake review, clinician decision-making, prescription when clinically appropriate, and visit-related messaging. A prescription is not guaranteed; the clinician must decide whether online treatment is appropriate for your symptoms, history, medication list, allergies, and safety factors.
What is not included
Medication is not included in the Bidwell Health visit fee. If treatment is prescribed, the medication cost is paid directly to the pharmacy. The final medication price depends on the medication, quantity, pharmacy, insurance, and discount-card pricing.
Insurance, HSA/FSA, and pharmacy discounts
Bidwell Health does not bill insurance for the online visit. Patients may use an HSA/FSA card at checkout when accepted by the payment processor. At the pharmacy, patients can ask whether pharmacy insurance, GoodRx, SingleCare, or another discount card can be used for the medication.
Refunds when online treatment is not appropriate
If the clinician reviews your intake and decides online treatment is not clinically appropriate, Bidwell Health refunds the visit fee and gives next-step guidance. Emergency symptoms, severe symptoms, complex cases, or symptoms requiring in-person testing may need urgent care, emergency care, or an in-person clinician.
