UTI, bacterial vaginosis, yeast infection, erectile dysfunction, male-pattern hair loss, eyelash growth with Latisse or generic bimatoprost, prior-diagnosis oral herpes/cold sore treatment, prior-diagnosis genital herpes treatment, and eligible bridge refills for stable non-controlled chronic medications.

Not in scope

Emergencies, patients outside ages 18-64, pregnancy or breastfeeding-related treatment, controlled substances, opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, STI testing, first-ever herpes diagnosis, or symptoms requiring in-person testing.
