What is included
The visit fee covers the clinician's review of the intake form, medical history, allergies, medication list, safety factors, and condition-specific answers. If treatment is clinically appropriate, the prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy selected during intake.
What is not included
The $45 visit fee does not include the medication itself, labs, imaging, emergency care, in-person exams, pharmacy delivery fees, or outside pharmacy charges. The pharmacy sets the final medication cost.
Why a prescription is not guaranteed
Bidwell Health is built around clinician review, not automatic medication dispensing. If the intake suggests red flags, pregnancy-related risk, complex symptoms, medication interactions, or a need for testing, the clinician may decline online treatment and recommend in-person care instead.
