If online treatment is not clinically appropriate, Bidwell Health refunds the visit fee and directs patients to a safer next step.
Short answer: If a licensed clinician determines online treatment is not clinically appropriate, Bidwell Health refunds the visit fee and may recommend urgent care, primary care, lab testing, specialist care, or another safer next step.

- Medication is paid separately at the pharmacy only if treatment is prescribed.

Why would a visit be refunded?
A visit may be refunded when symptoms, pregnancy status, medication history, safety answers, or the requested medication fall outside safe online treatment.
Is medication included in the refund?
Medication is paid separately at the pharmacy only if treatment is prescribed. Bidwell Health refunds the online visit fee when online treatment is not appropriate.
What happens next?
