If online treatment is not clinically appropriate, Bidwell Health refunds the visit fee and directs patients to a safer next step.
Short answer: If a licensed clinician determines online treatment is not clinically appropriate, Bidwell Health refunds the visit fee and may recommend urgent care, primary care, lab testing, specialist care, or another safer next step.

Why would a visit be refunded?
