Clinical safety
Why Was My Online Visit Declined?
Online visits may be declined when symptoms, safety answers, medication history, or requested treatment do not fit safe online care.
Short answer: A licensed clinician may decline an online visit when the symptoms, medical history, medication interactions, pregnancy status, requested medication, or safety answers suggest online treatment is not the right setting.

No. A declined visit usually means the safest next step is in-person evaluation, testing, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or a different service.
Can I submit a different visit later?
Sometimes. If the issue changes or you need a different supported service, you may be able to start a new visit. Do not use Bidwell Health for emergencies.
