What does the $45 visit cover?
The $45 visit covers clinician review of your health history, cardiovascular symptoms, blood-pressure concerns, medicines and whether ED treatment is appropriate. It covers the prescription decision, not a guaranteed prescription or a supply of tablets.
What may change the total cost?
The total is the $45 visit plus any separately paid pharmacy medication cost. The drug, strength, tablet count, pharmacy and payment method affect the quote. A daily prescription requires a different quantity from occasional as-needed use. Bidwell’s intake offers 15, 30 or 45 tablets for as-needed treatment and 30, 60 or 90 tablets for daily tadalafil, subject to the clinician’s prescription. Tablets used in a month are not necessarily the number dispensed in a fill.
Bidwell does not set pharmacy prices or bundle tablets into the visit. Ask the pharmacy to compare cash, prescription coverage and any discount-card option; a card generally replaces insurance for that fill. When online care may not fit
Bidwell’s online ED service does not treat people using nitrates, people with a heart attack, stroke or cardiac arrest in the past six months, or people with low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure. These are practice eligibility limits; an in-person clinician can assess other care options. The clinician may recommend examination, tests or specialist assessment instead of an online prescription. Those services are not included in the $45 visit. Review the visit pricing and refund terms before starting. Call 911 for chest pain, collapse or severe trouble breathing.
