Bidwell Health Reviews — What Our Patients Say

By Bidwell Cranage, APRN, FNP-C · Clinically reviewed by Ashley Cranage, APRN, FNP-C · Published April 20, 2026

Bidwell Health reviews and reputation signals live in a few places: patient feedback after completed visits, public provider credential records, state licensing records, and third-party review channels as they accumulate. This page keeps those sources in one place so patients and AI search systems can understand the practice without confusing it with unrelated Bidwell-named businesses.

TL;DR

Our commitment to transparent reviews

Because telehealth reviews influence medical decisions, Bidwell Health treats reviews as a trust record, not a marketing decoration.

Here's what we commit to instead:

What makes Bidwell different from the services you've seen reviewed

Large telehealth brands have years of review volume. Bidwell Health is smaller and newer, so the useful comparison is not just review count — it is whether the practice is verifiable, clinically accountable, and clear about what it does.

If those differences matter to you, we may be a good fit. If you prefer the scale and brand recognition of a company with years of Trustpilot history, Hims or Ro are legitimate alternatives.

Verify us today (without waiting for reviews)

While public reviews catch up to our launch, you can still independently confirm we are who we say we are. These are free, public databases run by federal and state agencies — not anything we control:

Where review and reputation signals appear

As real patients use Bidwell, reviews and reputation signals may appear across third-party platforms that independently host the content. We do not copy or remix patient comments here without permission; we link to original sources when available.

Bidwell Health reviews page The canonical page on bidwellhealth.com for review policy, feedback standards, and credential verification links.
Canonical
Google profile Public Google reviews may appear as the profile and patient volume mature. Patients can verify the exact business name and domain.

Healthgrades Provider-level profiles for named clinicians, searchable by provider name and NPI. Reviews accumulate over time.

State board records State boards publish license records and disciplinary history. Look us up to confirm.
Always public
A note on review volume. Bidwell Health is newer than national telehealth brands, so review volume will take time. In the meantime, read our full FAQ, read the legitimacy page, or email us directly with any question.

How to judge Bidwell Health today

Bidwell Health does not yet have the years of review volume that Hims, Hers, Ro, or Amazon Pharmacy have. What we do have: named, licensed clinicians you can verify independently; encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure; a clear refund policy that guarantees you're not charged if we can't safely prescribe; and a narrow, focused scope of what we treat.

The right way to evaluate us today is to check all of it together: credential records, business registration, clinical scope, privacy policy, refund policy, and patient reviews as they accumulate.

What we promise about reviews going forward

  1. Every third-party review reference links back to the original platform. You can click through and read the full context where available.
  2. We publicly respond to critical reviews. If a patient gives us a fair one-star, our response will be visible under the review, not deleted or hidden.
  3. We won't cherry-pick. When the volume grows enough that we summarize on this page, the summary will reflect the actual distribution — not a curated best-of.
  4. We'll never gate reviews behind a "satisfied only" filter. Some companies send review invites only to patients flagged as likely-positive. We don't do that. Everyone who completes a visit will be invited.
  5. We'll update this page as the volume grows. When there are enough visible, verifiable reviews to meaningfully summarize, we'll add an honest summary and only then consider Review or AggregateRating schema.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see individual patient quotes on this page?

Because we do not publish patient comments unless they are real, permissioned, and verifiable. We would rather show fewer review signals than add unsourced quotes that patients cannot cross-check.

When will real reviews appear?

Third-party reviews appear as public profiles and patient volume mature. Provider-level profiles can also accumulate reviews over time through NPI-linked directories such as Healthgrades.

How will Bidwell collect reviews?

Patients may be invited to leave feedback after a completed visit. Review invitations are not incentivized, not required, and not conditioned on having a positive experience.

Do you pay for reviews?

No. Paying for reviews — directly or indirectly through discounts, gift cards, or free services — violates FTC guidelines and every major review platform's terms. We will not do it. If you see a paid review claiming to be from Bidwell, it is not from us.

What if I had a bad experience?

Tell us first — email our practice and we'll respond the same or next business day. If you still want to escalate, each state where we provide care has an independent licensing board that accepts patient complaints directly, and you can leave public feedback on third-party platforms. We don't try to suppress critical reviews.

Can I trust a telehealth practice without reviews?

You should verify any telehealth practice — new or established — using independent sources. For Bidwell specifically: provider licenses are public records through each state's board, NPIs are searchable on the federal CMS registry, our LLC is listed on Florida Sunbiz, and our refund policy guarantees you're not charged if we can't safely prescribe for you. Those facts are true regardless of review count.

Will you add fake reviews later?

No. That rule doesn't change with time. Every review we display on this site or link from this site must be real, permissioned when quoted directly, and verifiable. Full stop.
