Bidwell Health Reviews — What Our Patients Say

Honest answer first: we launched in April 2026 and we're intentionally not posting reviews here yet. Instead of fabricating testimonials — which most of our larger competitors would never do either — this page explains where real reviews will appear, how to verify our providers independently today, and the rules we've set for ourselves about reviews going forward.

Our commitment to transparent reviews

It would be easy to drop five fake five-star testimonials on this page and move on. We're not going to. If we wrote "Sarah from Tampa — 'Fast, friendly, lifesaver!'" we'd be doing the same thing that makes people distrust telehealth marketing in the first place.

Here's what we commit to instead:

• Never paid. We will not compensate anyone — in discounts, gift cards, free visits, or anything else — for a review.
• Never fake. We will not write a review and attribute it to a patient. We will not buy reviews. We will not ask staff or family to post.
• Never filtered. When reviews go live on Trustpilot and Google, we won't gate which ones appear. Negative reviews stay visible alongside positive ones.
• Always responsive. We read every review and respond publicly — especially critical ones. If a patient raises a fair concern, we fix it or explain why.
• Always attributable. Real reviews will appear on third-party platforms you can cross-check, not as unsourced quotes on this page.

What makes Bidwell different from the services you've seen reviewed

Hims/Hers and Ro have thousands of reviews because they've been operating for years at national scale. Here's what's actually different about us — things you'd want to factor in when comparing:

• Two providers, not thousands. Every visit is personally reviewed by Bidwell Cranage, APRN, FNP-C or Ashley Cranage, APRN, FNP-C. If you come back for a second visit, one of us already has your chart.
• $45 flat, no subscription. You're not enrolled in auto-billing. One visit, one charge.
• Narrow scope, on purpose. Six conditions: UTI, BV, yeast, ED, hair loss, and refills for stable chronic meds. We do fewer things more carefully.
• Founder-owned LLC. No venture capital, no public shareholders. The two clinicians who see you are also the two people who run the practice.
• Verifiable credentials. Both of our licenses are public records on state nursing boards and the CMS NPI Registry.

If those differences matter to you, we may be a good fit. If you prefer the scale and brand recognition of a company with years of Trustpilot history, Hims or Ro are legitimate alternatives.

Verify us today (without waiting for reviews)

While public reviews catch up to our launch, you can still independently confirm we are who we say we are. These are free, public databases run by federal and state agencies — not anything we control:

• CMS NPI Registry — npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov. Search "Bidwell Cranage" or "Ashley Cranage." Every U.S. clinician has an NPI.
• Florida license lookup — FL Department of Health. Search by name.
• Other state boards — NY, VA, WA, AZ, CO, CT, IA, MD, MT, NM, UT each publish free license lookup tools on their state nursing board websites.
• Florida Sunbiz — search.sunbiz.org. Search "Bidwell Health" to see our LLC registration.

Where official reviews will appear

As real patients use Bidwell, their reviews will show up on third-party platforms that independently moderate and host the content. We won't republish or remix their words here — we'll link directly so you can read them on the original platform.

Honest acknowledgment: we're new

There is no spin to put on this. We launched in April 2026. We don't yet have the years of reviews that Hims, Hers, Ro, or Amazon Pharmacy have. What we have instead: two named, licensed nurse practitioners you can verify independently; public HIPAA-compliant infrastructure; a clear refund policy that guarantees you're not charged if we can't safely prescribe; and a narrow, focused scope of what we treat.

As real patients use Bidwell, reviews will appear on Trustpilot (once our profile is live) and Google Business Profile. We'll link them here when they exist. Until then, this page stays honest about what it can and can't show you.

What we promise about reviews going forward

1. Every published review links back to the third-party platform. You can click through and read the full context — including the reviewer's other reviews, if they've written any.
2. We publicly respond to critical reviews. If a patient gives us a fair one-star, our response will be visible under the review, not deleted or hidden.
3. We won't cherry-pick. When the volume grows enough that we summarize on this page, the summary will reflect the actual distribution — not a curated best-of.
4. We'll never gate reviews behind a "satisfied only" filter. Some companies send review invites only to patients flagged as likely-positive. We don't do that. Everyone who completes a visit will be invited.
5. We'll update this page as the volume grows. When there are enough reviews on Trustpilot and Google to meaningfully summarize, we'll add an aggregate here — honestly — with Review and AggregateRating schema tied to verifiable third-party data. Until then, no schema.

Frequently asked questions

Because we launched in April 2026 and haven't yet collected a body of real reviews we can honestly publish. Instead of fabricating them, we're waiting for our Trustpilot and Google Business Profile to accumulate actual verified reviews.

Trustpilot invitations go out once our profile is verified (in progress). Google reviews are open now via our Google Business Profile once it completes verification. Healthgrades reviews for each provider can appear any time as patients find our NPI-linked profiles.

Every patient who completes a visit will receive a single post-visit email with a Trustpilot invite. One email, no follow-ups, no pressure, no incentives. If you don't want to review, ignore the email — nothing happens.

No. Paying for reviews — directly or indirectly through discounts, gift cards, or free services — violates FTC guidelines and every major review platform's terms. We will not do it. If you see a paid review claiming to be from Bidwell, it is not from us.

Tell us first — email our practice and we'll respond the same or next business day. If you still want to escalate, each state we're licensed in has a Board of Nursing that accepts patient complaints directly, and you can leave a public review on Trustpilot, Google, or Healthgrades. We don't try to suppress critical reviews.

You should verify any telehealth practice — new or established — using independent sources. For Bidwell specifically: our providers' licenses are public records on 12 state nursing board websites, our NPIs are searchable on the federal CMS registry, our LLC is listed on Florida Sunbiz, and our refund policy guarantees you're not charged if we can't safely prescribe for you. Those facts are true regardless of review count.

No. That rule doesn't change with time. Every review we ever display on this site or link from this site will be a real, verifiable third-party review from a real patient. Full stop.
