Online Visit Process

How Bidwell Health online visits work

Bidwell Health provides adult online visits for common conditions with no video required. You complete a secure intake, a licensed clinician reviews your answers, and prescriptions are sent to your chosen pharmacy when clinically appropriate.

The visit process

1

Choose your visit

Select the condition that matches what you need: UTI, BV, yeast infection, ED, hair loss, or a bridge refill for an eligible stable non-controlled medication.

2

Complete the online intake

Answer clinical questions about symptoms, medical history, allergies, current medications, pharmacy, state location, and safety factors. Some visit types may require photos when clinically needed.

3

Licensed clinician review

A licensed clinician reviews your intake. If more information is needed, the provider can message you before making a decision.

4

Prescription sent when appropriate

If online treatment is clinically appropriate, the prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy you chose. The pharmacy handles pickup, delivery options, and medication cost.

5

Refund if not appropriate

If your symptoms, history, medication request, or safety screen means online treatment is not appropriate, Bidwell Health directs you to the right level of care and follows its refund policy.

What online visits are best for

UTI symptoms

Uncomplicated lower UTI symptoms in eligible adults, without red flags such as fever, flank pain, pregnancy, or complicated history.

BV and yeast symptoms

Common vaginal-symptom patterns where online evaluation is appropriate and red flags are absent.

ED and hair loss

Focused online evaluation with medication-interaction and safety screening before prescribing.

Bridge refills

Short-term refills for eligible adults already stable on non-controlled chronic medications.

When online care is not appropriate

Bidwell Health is not for emergencies. Call 911 or seek urgent care for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, severe abdominal pain, suicidal thoughts, pregnancy-related complications, or symptoms that require a physical exam, lab testing, imaging, or emergency assessment.

Bidwell Health does not prescribe controlled substances, including opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, or sleep medications.

Patients must be physically located in a supported state at the time of the visit. See states where Bidwell Health is available for the current service matrix.
