How no-video prescribing works
Instead of a scheduled video call, Bidwell Health uses a structured intake that captures the clinical information needed for supported conditions. The clinician may approve treatment, decline online treatment, or ask for clarification through the portal.
Conditions that may fit no-video care
Supported visits include UTI, BV, yeast infection, ED, hair loss, and bridge refills for eligible stable non-controlled medications. Eligibility depends on symptoms, safety factors, state availability, and clinician review.
When video-free care is not enough
No-video online care is not for emergencies, severe symptoms, complex or unstable conditions, controlled substances, or situations needing hands-on examination, labs, imaging, or urgent evaluation.
