How the visit works

When an appointment may be needed elsewhere
Bidwell Health is not for emergencies, severe symptoms, controlled substances, unstable medical conditions, or issues that require hands-on exam, labs, imaging, or urgent assessment. In those cases, in-person care is safer.
Appointment-free does not mean automatic
The intake makes the process faster and more convenient, but prescriptions are never guaranteed. Clinician review is still required for every visit.
