Short answer: yes, you can use Bidwell Health without insurance. Patients complete an online intake, a licensed clinician reviews it, and prescriptions are sent to the chosen pharmacy when clinically appropriate.

What insurance does and does not affect

Bidwell does not submit claims to insurance, so there are no insurance forms, copays, or explanation-of-benefits notices for the visit. Patients may still use pharmacy insurance or discount cards for medication if the pharmacy accepts them.

When online telehealth is not enough

Online care is not appropriate for emergencies, severe symptoms, symptoms requiring in-person testing or imaging, pregnancy-related complications, or controlled-substance requests.
