If you ran out of a stable non-controlled medication, Bidwell Health may be able to help with an online bridge refill. No insurance billing, no required subscription, and no video visit required. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and sends a prescription to your chosen pharmacy when clinically appropriate.
- Designed for stable, existing medications with no recent dose change.
- Medication cost is paid separately at the pharmacy.
- Patients must be adults and physically located in a supported state.
- Bridge refills are temporary and do not replace primary care.

Not refilled online
No controlled substances, opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, sleep medications, tramadol, gabapentin, pregabalin, or high-risk medications that require close monitoring. New diagnoses, new medication starts, recent dose changes, and unstable symptoms need in-person care.
How it works
Complete the online refill intake, upload a photo of your current medication bottle if requested, and choose your pharmacy. The clinician reviews your medication history, allergies, dose stability, and safety factors. If appropriate, the refill is sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy.
