Where Bidwell may fit better
Bidwell works well for someone who wants one known assessment fee and control over the pharmacy bill. You pay $45 for the visit, with no paid plan needed to unlock that fee. The price includes 21 days of messaging about the completed visit after care-plan delivery. You can use the same practice for another supported visit type when needed, paying for that new visit rather than enrolling in recurring billing.
Where GoodRx Care may fit better
A GoodRx Care nonmember offer may cost less than $45 for a particular service. Its membership can make sense for someone who already uses its benefits; that does not make the $19 headline a stand-alone price for everyone. The clinical scope and format of the selected service still matter. An ED or hair subscription should be evaluated separately from a one-time acute visit.
What to check for your situation
For an occasional visit, calculate what you would pay today and what could renew later. For a medication subscription, compare the drug, strength, quantity per shipment, shipment interval and ongoing charge. A licensed clinician reviews your symptoms, health history, current medication and safety answers. The clinician may ask follow-up questions before deciding whether treatment is appropriate. After your care plan is delivered, 21 days of messaging about that visit are included. The portal shows the end date; prior care information remains readable afterward. A new clinical issue or a later prescription assessment requires a new visit. We do not automatically renew a visit or enroll you in a monthly treatment plan.
If prescribed, medication can go to your chosen local, mail-order or compounding pharmacy, including Amazon Pharmacy or Cost Plus Drugs, when that pharmacy can fill it. Bidwell does not dispense or ship medication. Ask the pharmacy about the exact drug, strength, quantity, availability, processing time and shipping charge. You may use pharmacy insurance or an accepted discount card for the fill.
Check clinical fit before price
Bidwell serves eligible adults physically located in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Virginia or Washington. Each condition has its own safety screen. We do not provide emergency care, prescribe controlled substances or offer pregnancy-related treatment. Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions or severe illness need emergency care. A condition needing an examination, imaging or testing may require in-person care.

Can I use a GoodRx coupon after a Bidwell visit?
Yes, if your pharmacy accepts it for the prescribed medication. The coupon helps price the pharmacy fill; it is separate from the $45 clinical assessment. Compare it with your pharmacy's cash or prescription-insurance price before paying.
Does the $45 include medication?
No. It pays for clinician assessment and the included visit-related messaging. Medication and any shipping are billed separately by the pharmacy. Review both parts of the cost before filling an approved prescription.
