A starting rate is useful only if it applies to your condition, state and visit format. Amazon's public pages do not present one identical fee across every pathway. Where Bidwell may fit better
Choose Bidwell when you want a fixed visit price, a clearly stated three-week messaging window and a focused practice whose clinicians and scope you can review before paying. Adults 65 and older are not excluded solely by age from Bidwell, although the condition and safety screens still determine eligibility. If you are traveling within one of the served states, eligibility is based on your physical location at the visit.
Where Amazon One Medical may fit better
Amazon's separate membership product may address an ongoing primary-care need or access to an office in a city where it operates. Those services are different from Bidwell's focused online visits. A lower advertised message-visit fee can also matter if that exact offer is available to you. Verify the selected product instead of assuming every Amazon care pathway includes the same price, follow-up or office access.

For one acute issue, write down the actual visit fee, how long you can message about the visit and where an approved prescription will go. After your care plan is delivered, 21 days of messaging about that visit are included. The portal shows the end date; prior care information remains readable afterward. A new clinical issue or a later prescription assessment requires a new visit. We do not automatically renew a visit or enroll you in a monthly treatment plan.
If prescribed, medication can go to your chosen local, mail-order or compounding pharmacy, including Amazon Pharmacy or Cost Plus Drugs, when that pharmacy can fill it. Bidwell does not dispense or ship medication. Ask the pharmacy about the exact drug, strength, quantity, availability, processing time and shipping charge. You may use pharmacy insurance or an accepted discount card for the fill.

Bidwell serves eligible adults physically located in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Iowa, Maryland, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Virginia or Washington.
