Generic Bimatoprost and Latisse Cost: Visit and Pharmacy
$45 assessment. Medication separate. Adults 18 and older.
A Bidwell Health eyelash-growth visit costs $45 for clinician assessment. If appropriate, the clinician can prescribe generic bimatoprost 0.03%. You pay your pharmacy separately. The total depends on the exact product, bottle size, supplies and any delivery costs.
How much does generic Latisse cost without insurance?
Budget $45 for a Bidwell assessment plus the pharmacy quote for the prescribed bimatoprost, with any additional supplies, delivery charges and applicable tax. Brand and generic prices are separate comparisons. A coupon displayed under the name Latisse may actually price the generic, so confirm the product before using the number.
Our visit does not include the bottle or applicators. If you already have a valid prescription and available refills, ask your pharmacy for a quote before purchasing another clinical visit. A new assessment may be needed for renewal or changed health circumstances, but comparing pharmacy prices itself does not require a visit.
Dated generic bimatoprost price examples
On October 21, 2026, the GoodRx Latisse page was displaying the generic product. Its dosage table showed these examples for one bottle of 0.03% topical solution. These are reference prices from a published table, not guaranteed local offers.
| Exact displayed fill | Medication example | With one $45 visit |
|---|---|---|
| One 3 mL bottle | $38.25 | $83.25 |
| One 5 mL bottle | $59.88 | $104.88 |
The calculations are $45 + $38.25 = $83.25 and $45 + $59.88 = $104.88. They exclude any separately charged applicators, delivery, tax or outside care. The source does not establish that either price is available at your pharmacy or includes the supplies your product requires. Check the exact order before paying.
GoodRx can display different prices by location, pharmacy, quantity and coupon or membership terms. Its generic dosage table and a selected pharmacy's quote are different views. Neither example above is a verified brand-Latisse price. We have not assumed a universal brand price or calculated savings against a retail average.
What should you compare with brand Latisse?
| Check | Generic bimatoprost | Brand Latisse |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Confirm 0.03% solution and the product prescribed for upper-eyelash use | Latisse 0.03%; confirm that the quote actually names the brand |
| Quantity | Match the prescribed bottle volume and number of bottles | Match the same volume before comparing price |
| Applicators | Ask which sterile applicators are supplied with the exact product | The label lists packaged applicators; confirm the pharmacy's dispensed package |
| Bidwell offering | The current visit requests generic bimatoprost, subject to review | The visit does not promise a brand prescription |
Bimatoprost is also used in products for eye-pressure treatment. Do not substitute a different concentration or use an eye-drop product in a new way because its online price is lower. The prescription, dispensed product and application instructions need to agree. See the brand and generic comparison.
A bottle price is not automatically a monthly price
A 3 mL or 5 mL bottle describes volume. It does not, by itself, establish how many months that purchase will last for you. Use the product and sterile applicators exactly as instructed and confirm the supply with your pharmacist. Do not reuse applicators or apply less than directed to stretch the budget.
The Latisse label describes nightly use along the upper-eyelid lash line with a separate supplied sterile applicator for each eye. It is not applied to the lower lash line for eyelash treatment. Additional applications do not produce faster growth. Effects develop over time and are expected to diminish after stopping, so discuss the ongoing commitment before buying several bottles.
For a useful longer-term budget, count the actual fills and renewal visits your care plan requires, then add their costs. Do not multiply one promotional price by twelve and call it an annual treatment price. Future pharmacy prices, clinical eligibility and your decision to continue can change.
How do visits, refills and messaging fit together?
Authorized refills on a valid prescription can be filled without buying a new Bidwell visit. When a new prescription is needed after those refills are used, renewal requires another $45 assessment. A refill authorization is different from unlimited free clinical care, and the clinician may change the plan if your health or eye symptoms change.
The visit includes 21 days of messaging about that visit after you receive your care summary. The messaging window is separate from the quantity dispensed. Check your prescription and portal rather than assuming a bottle, a month of medication and a clinical visit all cover the same period.
Insurance, discount cards and delivery
Bidwell does not bill insurance for the clinical visit. Pharmacy coverage depends on your plan, the exact product and the reason it is prescribed. Coverage for a bimatoprost eye-pressure product does not establish coverage for cosmetic eyelash treatment. Ask the pharmacy to compare the available insurance, cash and coupon options for your prescription.
Before choosing mail order, confirm the complete checkout amount, required supplies and delivery estimate. A coupon may depend on a participating pharmacy or paid membership. A lower bottle price may cease to be the lower total after delivery or supply charges. Bidwell does not control stock, coupon acceptance or pharmacy shipping.
Decide whether treatment fits before committing to the cost
Bidwell considers eligible adults 18 and older who are physically in a supported state. Tell the clinician about pregnancy or breastfeeding, eye disease, eye-pressure medicines, previous eye surgery, allergies and other medicines. Treatment requires individual review and is not guaranteed.
Possible risks include irritation, eyelid skin changes, changes around the eye and iris darkening that may be permanent. If you notice an iris-color change, stop using bimatoprost and contact an eye clinician. Eye pain or new vision changes need prompt eye care. Review the full safety discussion before deciding whether the expected benefit is worth the cost and risks.
If the clinician determines online care is inappropriate, Bidwell explains the next step and refunds the visit fee under its terms. Pharmacy purchases and any outside eye examination have their own charges and policies.
