No-video online visits
Do Online Visits Require Video?
Bidwell Health online visits do not require a scheduled video call for supported conditions, but every intake is reviewed by a licensed clinician.
Short answer: No. Bidwell Health uses structured online intake for supported adult visits, so a scheduled video call is not required. A licensed clinician still reviews the intake and decides whether online care is appropriate.
- No scheduled video visit is required for supported Bidwell Health online visits.
- A licensed clinician reviews the intake before prescriptions are sent.
- The current price is shown before checkout; medication cost is separate at the pharmacy.
- Online care is not for emergencies or symptoms that require in-person evaluation.
How no-video online visits work
You complete a condition-specific intake with symptoms, medical history, allergies, medications, pregnancy or safety questions, and pharmacy details. A licensed clinician reviews the information and may message you if clarification is needed.
When video-free care is not enough
Some symptoms require in-person evaluation, testing, imaging, or emergency care. Red flags include severe pain, trouble breathing, chest pain, stroke symptoms, pregnancy-related complications, severe allergic reactions, or unstable symptoms.
