Bidwell Health offers adult BV visits through an online intake and licensed clinician review. No scheduled video visit is required. When treatment is clinically appropriate, prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy you choose.

How online BV treatment works
Complete the intake, answer questions about discharge, odor, irritation, pregnancy status, STI risk, allergies, and medication preferences, then choose your pharmacy. A licensed clinician reviews the intake and sends treatment only when online care is appropriate.
BV vs yeast infection
BV usually causes thin gray-white discharge and a fishy odor. Yeast infections usually cause intense itching, irritation, and thicker white discharge. The treatments are different, so the intake is designed to separate the symptom patterns before prescribing.
When to get in-person care
Seek in-person care for pregnancy, pelvic pain, fever, unusual bleeding, STI exposure, severe symptoms, recurrent treatment failure, or symptoms that do not clearly fit BV.
