Safety exclusions

Question 1 — Hard stop if yes

Do you currently take nitrates for chest pain or heart disease?Nitroglycerin, isosorbide, amyl nitrite ("poppers") in any form

🚫 Cannot prescribe.ED medications combined with nitrates can cause a sudden, life-threatening blood pressure drop. Please speak with your cardiologist about safe ED options.

Question 2 — Hard stop if yes

Have you had a heart attack, stroke, or cardiac arrest in the last 6 months?

🚫 Cannot prescribe.ED medications are contraindicated within 6 months of a cardiac event. Please consult your cardiologist before pursuing ED treatment.

Do you take alpha-blockers for blood pressure or enlarged prostate?Tamsulosin (Flomax), doxazosin, terazosin, alfuzosin
