Conditions outside Bidwell Health's online scope
Bidwell Health does not treat chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, severe abdominal or pelvic pain, pregnancy-related complications, pediatric visits, chronic pain, controlled-substance requests, complex or unstable conditions, or symptoms that need in-person testing, imaging, or examination.
Why some visits are declined
A licensed clinician may decline online treatment when the intake shows red flags, medication interactions, pregnancy-related safety concerns, symptoms outside protocol, or a need for in-person care. That decision is meant to route the patient to the safer setting.
