Labs and testing
Can I Get Labs or Testing Through Bidwell?
Bidwell Health does not currently order labs or imaging through the online visit. Patients needing testing are directed to in-person care or their regular clinician.
Short answer: No. Bidwell Health does not currently order labs, urine cultures, imaging, or in-person testing through the online visit. If testing is needed, the clinician may direct you to primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or a specialist.
- Bidwell Health is an online visit service for supported adult conditions.
- We do not replace primary care, emergency care, labs, imaging, or in-person exams.
- Some bridge refill visits may use recent lab history supplied by the patient.
- If testing is needed, online treatment may be declined and refunded.
Why might testing be needed?
Testing may be needed when symptoms are severe, recurrent, unusual, complicated, or not clearly matched to a supported online condition.
Can I upload recent labs?
For some bridge refill visits, patients may share recent lab or follow-up information if it supports safe short-term continuation. Bidwell Health still does not replace ongoing primary care.
What happens if testing is needed?
The clinician may direct you to primary care, urgent care, emergency care, lab testing, or specialist care depending on the concern.
