What does the $45 visit cover?
The $45 visit covers review of discharge, odor, irritation, pregnancy status, STI risk, allergies, treatment preferences, and whether online BV treatment is appropriate.
What may change the total cost?
The total out-of-pocket cost is the $45 online visit plus any pharmacy medication cost. Bidwell Health does not set pharmacy prices and does not bundle medication into the visit fee. You can ask your pharmacy about insurance, GoodRx, SingleCare, or other discount-card pricing.

When online care may not fit
Pregnancy, pelvic pain, fever, STI exposure, unusual bleeding, severe symptoms, or recurrent treatment failure may require in-person care.
How much is treatment for a male partner?
Bidwell charges $45 for an eligible male partner's own online evaluation. This is a separate visit from the diagnosed partner's care. If prescribed, oral metronidazole and topical clindamycin 2% cream have separate pharmacy costs; the $45 fee is not a combined medication or couple's package.
