What does it cost?
No required subscription. Bidwell does not bill insurance. The fee pays for the clinical visit, and a prescription is never guaranteed.
The medication is a separate pharmacy purchase. Ask for a quote for your prescribed strength and quantity. Prices can differ between pharmacies and may change; delivery can add shipping costs. You can check Cost Plus Drugs’ current catalog or ask a local pharmacy. Any insurance or discount-card use at the pharmacy is separate from Bidwell’s visit fee.
What does the clinician review?
The clinician reviews cardiovascular history and symptoms, blood-pressure concerns, current medicines, kidney or liver problems and prior ED treatment. Depending on the findings, examination or testing may be needed before treatment. Paying for a visit does not guarantee tadalafil.
What to know about tadalafil
Tadalafil has separate as-needed and low-dose daily ED regimens. As-needed treatment can support a response for up to 36 hours, which is not a continuous erection or a guarantee. Daily treatment is taken at the same time each day; the regimens are not interchangeable on your own.

Who may not be eligible?
Bidwell’s online ED service does not treat people using nitrates, people with a heart attack, stroke or cardiac arrest in the past six months, or people with low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure. These are practice eligibility limits; an in-person clinician can assess other care options. Do not combine tadalafil with nitrates, recreational nitrites (“poppers”) or guanylate cyclase stimulators such as riociguat. Alpha blockers, other blood-pressure medicines, heart symptoms and kidney or liver conditions need review. Do not stop heart medicine or combine ED medicines to make an online treatment plan fit.
When is urgent help needed?
Call 911 for chest pain, collapse, severe trouble breathing or swelling of the tongue or throat. If chest pain follows an ED medicine, stop sexual activity, tell responders what you took and when, and do not take your own nitroglycerin. An erection lasting more than four hours needs an emergency department immediately, even without pain. Stop the medicine and seek immediate medical attention for sudden vision or hearing decrease or loss.

Can I buy Cialis or tadalafil online without a prescription?
