What to know about sildenafil
Sildenafil is usually an as-needed ED medicine. Its label recommends about one hour before sex, with a permitted window of 30 minutes to four hours before. A high-fat meal can delay absorption; sexual stimulation is still needed.

Who may not be eligible?
Bidwell’s online ED service does not treat people using nitrates, people with a heart attack, stroke or cardiac arrest in the past six months, or people with low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure. These are practice eligibility limits; an in-person clinician can assess other care options. When is urgent help needed?
