The $20 difference compares published UTI consultation fees, not every possible diagnosis or the total pharmacy bill. Medication can cost differently at different pharmacies even when the prescriptions are the same. The UTI cost comparison separates those charges and includes a dated pharmacy example. Birth-control insurance benefits should not be applied to the Nurx UTI consultation: its UTI fee page explicitly says that consultation is not insured.
Where Bidwell may fit better
Bidwell is the stronger fit when your eligible UTI visit calls for a known assessment fee and a clearly defined follow-up window without enrolling in a recurring plan. Where Nurx may fit better
Nurx may fit a separate need such as contraception or ongoing mental-health treatment that Bidwell does not offer. Patients already using those programs should still check the specific UTI fee and follow-up terms. Nurx's general catalog does not make a UTI consultation interchangeable with birth-control care, and the comparison here does not claim either service produces better clinical outcomes.

A new clinical issue or a later prescription assessment requires a new visit. We do not automatically renew a visit or enroll you in a monthly treatment plan.
If prescribed, medication can go to your chosen local, mail-order or compounding pharmacy, including Amazon Pharmacy or Cost Plus Drugs, when that pharmacy can fill it. Bidwell does not dispense or ship medication. Ask the pharmacy about the exact drug, strength, quantity, availability, processing time and shipping charge. You may use pharmacy insurance or an accepted discount card for the fill.
