Pharmacy changes
Can I Change My Pharmacy After Submitting?
Patients may be able to request a pharmacy change through the portal, depending on whether the prescription has already been sent or filled.
Short answer: Sometimes. If the prescription has not been sent yet, message Bidwell Health through the portal with the new pharmacy. If it has already been sent, the pharmacy may need to transfer it or Bidwell may need to review the request.

Before the prescription is sent
If you catch the issue early, message Bidwell Health in the portal with the new pharmacy name, address, and phone number. The clinician or support team can review the request.
After the prescription is sent
If the prescription was already sent, ask the original pharmacy whether it can transfer the prescription to another location. If the pharmacy says prescriber action is required, message Bidwell Health through the portal.
When to use urgent care instead
If your symptoms become severe or urgent while sorting out a pharmacy issue, seek in-person or emergency care rather than waiting for portal messaging.
