Patients can choose a retail pharmacy, grocery-store pharmacy, or other U.S. pharmacy that can receive electronic prescriptions. Availability depends on the pharmacy's systems and medication stock.
What if the pharmacy has a problem?
If a pharmacy is out of stock or needs clarification, patients can use the portal to message Bidwell Health. The pharmacy may also contact the prescriber directly through its usual workflow.
Is medication included in the visit price?
No. The visit price is shown before checkout, and medication cost is paid separately at the pharmacy. Patients may use pharmacy insurance or discount cards if the pharmacy accepts them.
