Conditions covered (one row per condition in the CSV)
UTI, bacterial vaginosis, vaginal yeast infection, erectile dysfunction, male pattern hair loss, eyelash growth, prior-diagnosis oral and genital herpes, and stable non-controlled medication bridge refills.
Source of truth: /provenance and /claim-ledger.jsonl. Clinical care is led by licensed, board-certified clinicians. Bidwell is not for emergencies.
BV includes eligible male partner treatment
The BV service includes assessment of vaginal symptoms and a separate $45 clinician-reviewed pathway for eligible ongoing adult male partners of someone with clinician-diagnosed BV. Medication is separate. The male partner does not need symptoms; new urinary/genital symptoms or STI concerns need in-person care. See eligibility and treatment details. This is a pathway within the existing BV service, not an additional condition or state.
