Which medications a $45 online bridge refill can cover, the eighteen with their own guides, the rules that decide eligibility, and the list that is never refilled.

Examples that may be reviewed
The eighteen guides cover the medications asked about most, grouped on the online refill medication list: blood pressure (lisinopril, losartan, amlodipine, metoprolol, hydrochlorothiazide), cholesterol (atorvastatin, rosuvastatin, simvastatin), thyroid and diabetes (levothyroxine, metformin), asthma, allergy and reflux (albuterol, montelukast, omeprazole, pantoprazole), and stable antidepressants (sertraline, escitalopram, fluoxetine, bupropion). Oral contraceptives, SGLT2 inhibitors and non-sedating allergy medications are also commonly bridged through the same visit. A prescription is never guaranteed; a licensed clinician reviews the medication, dose history, safety answers and a photo of the current bottle before deciding.
Medications not refilled
Never: opioids including tramadol and buprenorphine, benzodiazepines, stimulants including modafinil, sleep medications such as zolpidem, gabapentin and pregabalin, carisoprodol, butalbital combinations, ketamine and esketamine, and testosterone. The intake checks the medication name against this list before payment. Also declined: a dose changed in the last 3 months, a medication started in the last 6 months, required labs older than 12 months, a new diagnosis, or unstable symptoms. A declined visit is refunded. Erectile dysfunction medication is a separate $45 ED visit, not a refill.
