Bidwell Health is a telehealth practice, not a mail-order pharmacy. Prescriptions are sent to the patient’s chosen pharmacy when clinically appropriate.
Short answer: No. Bidwell Health does not ship medication. When treatment is clinically appropriate, the prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose, and the pharmacy handles pickup, delivery, or shipping options if available.

Why Bidwell uses local pharmacies
Bidwell Health sends prescriptions to the pharmacy selected during intake so patients can choose their preferred local or retail pharmacy, compare prices, and use discount cards or pharmacy insurance when accepted.
Can my pharmacy deliver or ship it?
Some pharmacies offer delivery or mail options, but that is handled by the pharmacy. Ask your selected pharmacy what pickup, delivery, or shipping options are available.
Medication cost
The visit price covers clinician review and the prescribing decision. Medication cost is separate and paid directly to the pharmacy.
